The front desk staff was particularly helpful at all hours. my room had a good size (i loved it!). the location was excellent. My business meetings were only a short walk away.

the tv had some issues, but i didn't spend much time watching it.

The breakfast offered a generous spread, and the service was consistently helpful. Staff members were kind and professional from check-in to check-out. I liked the gym. It allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. The hotel is close to many key points (i liked it a lot).

There was no allocated parking. The hotel uses public road parking, and availability is not guaranteed. This situation created daily stress (especially at 6:30 AM).

The rooms are large. They include coffee machines with five varieties of coffee and electric kettles. Bottles of water, fridges, and safes were also available in the room.

The hotel is a short walk to the convention center. The waterfront is within a 10-15 minute walk. Tour operators easily picked me up from here.

The staff were lovely and helpful, greeting me with warm smiles. I especially enjoyed the delicious food, with steak being out of this world!!! It. I will always remember such kindness.

friendly staff comfortable mattress easy check hot water long preparation

the breakfast was good and the staff proved friendly. check in and out was easy. the rooms are quite comfortable, and i found the bed mattress and pillows comfortable.

There was no hot water at night, and the understanding was that the pump failed. so, after a cold night out, i could not have a warm shower! the time to prepare your food is very long. So if you are hungry or in a rush, i would not recommend

The room was a good size. The front desk staff were especially helpful at any time of day. I found the hotel location to be perfect as it was close to my meetings.

The gym is narrow with no space for free weights. This meant the rooftop bar was out of action (that was a pity).

amazing stay near the action!

clean room convenient shuttle delicious breakfast excellent service

the room was spacious (i booked a standard room!) and very clean. the hotel provides a handy complimentary shuttle to the waterfront, super convenient. i found the breakfast delicious with diverse options. the staff offered excellent service.

the bathroom lighting wasn't adjustable. i wish i could dim the lights.

the hotel is situated, a short distance from the convention center. it's in a vibrant, secure area, very close to all the exciting upper city attractions. made it easy to get around!
